Hello! My name is Talita Setyadi.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance,
I found that it was time to explore another one of my passions..
So I travelled 18,000 kms from Auckland, New Zealand to study
cuisine and patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
The experience opened my eyes to the limitless flavour and texture
combinations that can be achieved with knowledge of French techniques.
In June 2012, I graduated the "Grand Diplome" ranking first in Patisserie.
I am currently based in Jakarta and Bali, Indonesia.
